Answers before you book

Can I place an order without making an account?

Yes. If you would rather keep it simple, guest checkout only asks for your full name and phone number before you move into the appointment details.

Why should I create an account?

If you come in often, an account makes things easier by giving you a wallet balance, loyalty points, saved contact information, and a dashboard with order updates.

What payment methods are available?

If you are checking out as a guest, you can pay by card or cash. If you have an account, you can also use wallet funds or a saved payment method.

Will my credit card information be stored?

Guest card details are for one-time use only. If you have an account, you can decide later whether you want to save a payment method through a secure tokenized setup.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Your dashboard is meant to show status changes like In Progress, Ready for Pickup, and Completed as we update them on our side. If you are a guest, we will call you when your order is ready.
